From the Firm's offices in Armadale and Bo'ness the partners operate a busy general Chamber Practice but with a strong emphasis on Property and Commercial business, Conveyancing, Executries and Estate Agency. The Firm does not undertake any Court work but engages the expert services of Counsel and specialist Court Firms for clients as necessary.

The Partners

Both partners undertake general legal business, conveyancing, business law including Club formation, licensing, wills and executries.

The partners firmly believe that, even now, the practice of Law is still a "People Business" and "Service" is the key word. They are therefore readily available to deal with the needs of clients, including meeting clients outside normal business hours. The partners and staff can readily be available on Saturday mornings when required and the partners are happy to meet with clients at other times convenient to the clients. Each partner can easily be contacted on their mobile phones and each has full phone, fax and e.mail facilities at home to ensure urgent transactions can receive immediate attention. The partners' attitude to business, their cheerful availability to clients and their recognition that clients require quality and ready service have combined to ensure the steady expansion of the practice of Sneddon & Son SSC.

The partners believe that work is more productive and enjoyable in a cheerful, relaxed environment and there is happy and ready co-operation among partners and staff and this has resulted in an excellent working relationship which clients certainly appreciate.
